February has arrived and so has the promise of spring on the way. Sadly, so many children are still at risk of dying from war in too many parts of our world. The mandate of the Boundary Peace Initiative is to bring you information from other sources than corporate media. We publish information from sources that we deem reliable from years of contact and years of working with groups and organizations.

As well, you will find in this issue an announcement of a third conference in our series since the funds raised from Peace In, Peace Out!.
