Spring has sprung and its already April.  Hopefully in the very near future we will be able to gather in person for events and visits and actions.  And hopefully, in the near future the BPI will be able to supplement the online version of our monthly newsletter with hard copy in the Boundary area of B.C.  We will continue to post our little publication on the website as usual.  So, here is the April issue waiting for you to read and then share with your contact list and if there are people who do not have online access print off a copy or two and share it that way.
