Heat and fires are now synonymous with summer.  Of course there is swimming and all kinds of recreation but climate change affects all our lives, all year round.  This year in Canada is a record breaking fire season and maybe its time for all of us to take seriously and do all we can to not only manage but curb greenhouse gas emissions. 

This issue, July 2023, brings you a report on the 40^th annual Mothers Day Walk for Peace.  And a reminder that in August we commemorate the victims of the nuclear industry and the victims of nuclear weapons used in 1945 by the USA, who’s stockpile of nuclear weapons is only matched by Russia.  Read and share this issue and all the others that are posted with family and friends near and far.
