It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden loss of BPI coordinator Laura Savinkoff, who passed away on March 31, 2024 at the age of 73, with her family by her side at Boundary Hospital in Grand Forks.
This website and the BPI newsletter were passionately maintained by Laura for many years.
